Property Management Iberia is owned by husband and wife team Connie and Glen Morral and is based in Arroyo de la Miel just outside Benalmadena on Spain's Costa del Sol. As previous absentee owners of properties in Spain for a number of years Connie and Glen have experienced first hand the frequent poor levels of service offered by so many property management companies in Spain.

After permanently relocating to the Costa del Sol they decided to put their past professional expertise to good use and founded Property Management Iberia. Prior to living in Spain Connie worked for many years as a Contract Manager for a UK based blue chip property management company - Glen owned a succesfull plumbing and heating business in the Nottingham area and has over 20 years experience in the construction and maintenance industry - this expertise is now being applied here in Spain and PMI's clients are enjoying levels of service only previously seen in Britain.
